The Gathering is a local ministry for adults with special needs that provides a place where our friends
can come together and socialize. Each month we provide dinner and games such as bingo, cornhole,
Uno and other activities. Many of our friends work and participate in athletics through Horizon and

For over three decades MUST Ministries has provided food, shelter, and counseling to mother's, children, grandparents, and to anyone who may be in need in our local communities. Acworth Presbyterian's partnership with MUST help us direct hundreds of food and clothing items where they can meet real needs. In addition, during 2021 Acworth Presbyterian, thru the congregation and surrounding community raised $2500.00 in cash contributions for the MUST Hope House. This facility provides beds, dining hall, mental health services, work skills development, and many other services. Monetary contributions can be made thru the church by designating MUST ministries in the memo line. Food and clothing items can be delivered to the church on Sunday mornings.
